is a 180 bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of Crestview, FL. PHC-CV has been caring for senior adults in our area for over 30 years. With the love and support of an established interdisciplinary healthcare team, PHC-CV has been successful at meeting the medical and emotional needs of our residents in a safe, professional and nurturing environment. Our on-site Physical, Occupational, Massage and Respiratory therapy departments help residents build endurance and strength while reducing fatigue and pain in order to regain the highest level of functional skills possible to allow residents to maintain independence in their daily lives. Parthenon Healthcare of Blountstown
is a 150 bed skilled-nursing facility located in Blountstown, FL. We provide 24-hour RN coverage for all residents in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Our facility has a Special Care Unit that excels in caring for residents with cognitive disorders such as Alzheimers and Parkinson's Disease. This unit has its own outside courtyard where residents are free to roam, to garden, participate in recreational activities, or just relax.
